Description
Drax Group Plc se consacre à la production d'énergie renouvelable. Il opère à travers les secteurs d'activité suivants : Production, Approvisionnement en biomasse et Vente au détail. Le secteur de la production génère de la biomasse pour la production d'énergie renouvelable et approvisionne les réseaux électriques et la centrale électrique de Drax. Le segment de l'approvisionnement en biomasse offre une source de combustible durable, à faible teneur en carbone, qui peut être livrée de manière sûre et efficace sous forme de granulés de bois compressés dans des installations de traitement. Le segment de la vente au détail propose de l'électricité aux clients professionnels et des granulés de bois. La société a été fondée le 13 septembre 2005 et son siège social se trouve à Selby, au Royaume-Uni.
