Description

The Vinter Bytetree BOLD1 Inverse Volatility index tracks the performance of Gold and Bitcoin. The index aims to deliver inflation protection by rebalancing the two components monthly according to their inverse historic volatility. This means that a greater weight is given to the less volatile asset.
 
The ETN's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.65% p.a.. The ETN replicates the performance of the underlying index with a collateralised debt obligation which is backed by physical holdings of the cryptocurrency.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
