The MSCI ACWI IMI Genomic Innovation Select ESG Screened 100 index tracks stocks from developed and emerging countries worldwide. The index selects companies that are expected to derive revenue from technological innovations in the genomic healthcare sector. The stocks included are filtered according to ESG criteria (environmental, social and corporate governance). The parent index is the MSCI ACWI IMI.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
