Description

The Amundi Index Breakeven Inflation USD 10y UCITS ETF DR (C) seeks to track the iBoxx® USD Breakeven 10-Year Inflation index. The iBoxx® USD Breakeven 10-Year Inflation index tracks breakeven inflation by entering into a long position in 10-year US-Treasury Inflation-Protected securities (TIPS) and short positions in US Treasuries with adjacent durations.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.16% p.a.. The Amundi Index Breakeven Inflation USD 10y UCITS ETF DR (C) is the only ETF that tracks the iBoxx® USD Breakeven 10-Year Inflation index. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index by full replication (buying all the index constituents). The interest income (coupons) in the ETF is accumulated and reinvested in the ETF.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
