Overview

Description

The Franklin Euro Short Maturity UCITS ETF (Acc) is an actively managed ETF.
The Franklin Euro Short Maturity Strategy invests primarily in short-term, fixed and floating rate Euro denominated investment grade debt securities issued by governments and private issuers, including non-European issuers. The Fund may also invest up to 20 percent of its assets in lower quality debt securities. This includes sub-investment grade rated titles.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.15% p.a.. The Franklin Euro Short Maturity UCITS ETF (Acc) is the only ETF that tracks the Franklin Euro Short Maturity index. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index by full replication (buying all the index constituents). The interest income (coupons) in the ETF is accumulated and reinvested in the ETF.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
