How to create a new password for your user account
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it and create a new password. Click on the link "Forgot your password" on the login page. Then enter your email address and confirm by clicking on the "Request password" button.
You will then receive an email with a link to create your new password. Click on the link in this email and you are redirected to a page where you can enter your new password. Confirm by clicking the "Save" button.
Change password in the login area
Log in with your credentials and open the settings page in the login area. The settings page can be found on the right-hand side of the navigation (user account symbol).
Click on the first item "Settings". Here you can view and update your personal data.
Click on the button "Change password". Enter your current password in the first line and your new password in the following two lines. Confirm your new password by clicking the “Save” button.
A secure password should contain at least eight characters, including special characters as well as upper and lower case.
