The Wealth Management segment refers to the discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory accounts, financial planning and advice, insurance, and annuity products. The Legacy segment consists of capital intensive fixed-rate GMxB business written in the Individual Retirement market prior to 2011. The company was founded by Henry B. Hyde in 1859 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
