The On-demand services segment represent the Group’s GOJEK platform that connects Drivers-Partners, Merchants and Users. The Financial technology segment represents the Group’s various but integrated financial technology services that support Merchants in selling their goods and/or services which include e-money services, lending, payment gateway services and POS software subscription to wider group of Merchants. The E-commerce segment represents TOKOPEDIA marketplace platform which connects consumers with merchants, encompassing local entrepreneurs, convenience shops, small and medium enterprises, through to global brands and large retailers. The All other segments mainly represent Group’s revenue. The company was founded by Andre A. Soelistyo, Kevin Bryan Aluwi and William Tanuwijaya in 2009 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
