It operates through the following segments: Digital Business Platform (DBP), Adabas & Natural (A&N), and Professional Services. The DBP segment connects the software, applications, devices, and people to infuse the business value across the organization. The A&N segment includes Adabas database management system, natural application development, application modernization, and NaturalONE Eclipse-based integrated development environment. The Professional Services segment focuses on the implementation of solutions in cooperation with customers and partners. The company was founded by Peter M. Schnell on May 30, 1969 and is headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany.
