Die Produktpalette der Dufry AG umfasst Parfümerie- und Kosmetikartikel, Süßwaren, Nahrungsmittel und Cateringprodukte, Weine und Spirituosen, Bücher, Presseerzeugnisse, Uhren, Schmuck und Accessoires, Tabakwaren, Mode, Leder und Gepäck sowie Elektronikartikel. Am 03. Februar 2023 wurde die Übernahme eines Anteils von 50,3 Prozent an der Autogrill S.p.A. abgeschlossen.
