Die Canadian National Railway Co. (CN) ist im Eisenbahn- und damit verbundenen Transportgeschäft tätig. Mit seinem Streckennetz von 19.500 Meilen ist CN die einzige Bahngesellschaft, welche die Ost- und Westküste Kanadas mit dem Süden der USA und Mexiko verbindet. Auf diesen Strecken werden jährlich über 300 Millionen Tonnen Fracht bewegt. Die Frachteinnahmen von 13,9 (i.V. 13,2) Mrd. USD in 2021 resultieren aus sieben Warengruppen, die ein diversifiziertes und ausgewogenes Portfolio von Gütern darstellen. Mit 30 (28) Prozent leistet der intermodale Verkehr dazu den größten Beitrag, gefolgt von Mineralöl und Chemikalien mit unverändert 20 Prozent, Getreide und Düngemittel mit 18 (20) Prozent. Kleinere Warengruppen sind forstwirtschaftliche Produkte, Metalle und Minerale, Automotive und Kohle. Aus geografischer Sicht entfallen 16 bzw. 18 Prozent der Einnahmen auf den US- und kanadischen Inlandsverkehr sowie 31 Prozent auf den grenzüberschreitenden und 35 Prozent auf den Überseeverkehr.

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
