It operates through the following business segments: Retail, Hotel, Office, Services, and Industrial and Others. The Retail segment refers to the rental of retail premises to tenants. The Hotel segment leases properties to hotel operators. The Office segment offers office spaces to tenants. The Services segment focuses on the leasing of services related premises on long term leases. The Industrial and Others segment leases industrial and other types of premises on long term leases. It also operates through the Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Perak geographical segments. The Selangor segment includes leasing of hotel premises to a hotel operator and leasing of a medical premises to a hospital operator. The Kuala Lumpur segment is involved in renting of retail and office premises. The Penang and Perak segment rents to retail premises. The company was founded on May 20, 2010 and is headquartered in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
