Het bedrijf is actief in de sectoren bezorging, mobiliteit en digitale financiële diensten in acht landen, namelijk: Cambodja, Indonesië, Maleisië, Myanmar, de Filipijnen, Singapore, Thailand en Vietnam. Het bedrijf werd in 2012 opgericht door Anthony Tan Ping Yeow en Tan Hooi Ling en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Singapore.
