Het segment Overige vertegenwoordigt het bezit van panden, vastgoedbeleggingen, aandelen en achtergestelde schuldfinanciering, centrale ondersteuning en functionele kosten met bijbehorende terugvorderingen. Het bedrijf werd in 1933 opgericht door Sin-Hang Ho en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Hongkong.
