The Resort division operates landscaping businesses and Everland, Caribbean Bay, and golf courses. The Catering and Food Ingredients Distribution Business division provides food services. The Bio Business division includes antibody drugs, biosimilars, and other related products. The company was founded in November 1948 and is headquartered at Seoul, South Korea.
