Der Link Real Estate Investment Trust ist Asiens größter REIT und nach Marktkapitalisierung auch einer der weltweit größten retailorientierten REITs. Das Portfolio von Link REIT umfasst Immobilien mit einer Verkaufsfläche von rund 9 Millionen Quadratmetern, rund 61.000 Parkplätzen und einem in Entwicklung befindlichen Projekt in Hongkong sowie Immobilien mit rund 3 Millionen Quadratmetern Verkaufs- und Bürofläche auf dem chinesischen Festland. Die Einzelhandelsflächen des Portfolios dienen in erster Linie dem täglichen Bedarf der Kunden, während Büroimmobilien die Unternehmen bei der Geschäftsentwicklung unterstützen. Die Parkhäuser dienen vor allem den Mietern und Kunden der Einzelhandelseinrichtungen und den Bewohnern der umliegenden Quartiere.
