Bitwise
Seit 2020 bietet Bitwise in Europa (vormals ETC Group) regulierte Anlageprodukte für Investments in Kryptowährungen – und das mit Domizil Deutschland. Die ETP-Wertpapiere sind vollständig mit Kryptowährungen hinterlegt und können genau wie Aktien oder ETFs gehandelt werden. Alle Krypto-ETPs von Bitwise sind im zentralen Wertpapierregister kodiert und werden von deutschen Online-Brokern nicht mit Abgeltungsteuer belastet. Die Besteuerung erfolgt eigenverantwortlich oder entfällt nach einer einjährigen Haltefrist für deutsche Privatanleger. Die vorteilhafte Besteuerungsregelung gilt ebenso für das Bitwise MSCI Basket ETP sowie für Bitwise Staking ETPs.
